[REDACTED] was driving truck #4443 on his way to the dump coming from garbage route [REDACTED]. While ee was making a left hand turn off Nation [REDACTED] onto [REDACTED] from the far turning lane. While in the turn ee was hit twice on the lefthand side of the truck by a grey [REDACTED] with a 10 ft trailer attached. ee stated the impact from the collision caused him to hit the curb. The impact caused damage to the left side step and front bumper of the side loader.
