What happened
Employee was deboarding a passenger with wheelchair. Passenger started moving the wheelchair before the lift was fully deployed. The wheelchair tire popped off the lift and in an effort yo straighten the wheelchair back into lift employee pulled up on the stuck wheel and heard and felt three pops in bicep muscle. Arm did not feel right and was painful to use.
