What happened
Employee was ending shift and noticed a moderate tension in mid back (spine) as he say in the shuttle car. Getting in and out and felt abnormally stiff. Through out the rest of the evening the pain sensation around the stiffness began to accumulate. When the employee woke up on [REDACTED] he could hardly move without shooting pain.
