Employee was standing on bus while mentor was operating

Employee was standing on bus while mentor was operating. Standing location was at front of bus wheel well self facing the curbside window organizing paperwork. Looked up and saw a driver run a red light his car hit the bus where employee was standing. There was contact between the bus and right hip hip was jarred during accident. Medical attention not sought at that time but symptoms worsened after incident.
