On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] employee was attempting to push a pallet that was stuck on the hoist discharge rollers once the pallet was unjammed and proceed to exit the hoist area to the turntable the hoist started elevating. which prompted another warehouse operator to hit the E-stop button. Employee on the hoist stepped off the hoist. Supervisor on shift asked him if he was ok or if he suffered any injuries. Employee said that he was fine and he continued working for the rest of the shift. On [REDACTED] employee reported to his manager that he had pain in hip area then he was connected to the nurseline by EHS tech. [REDACTED] followed up with employee by phone he was advised to self care. On [REDACTED] he was sent to a Sutter Clinic for medical examination. On [REDACTED] employee went to Concentra to another follow up appointment.
