Before the incident
I was bending down to pick up trash. I didn 't realize I was under the Hoyer lift and when I stood up I bonked my head on it. I immediately got a knot so I went to tell my supervisor. She told me to sit and have a break. She came to check on me [REDACTED] and I was fine until this point. I have a pre-existing syncope problem which then presented itself. I started getting lightheaded so I went to the linen room so someone would see the fainting. Then I fainted and vomited a little so [REDACTED] made me go in a wheelchair to the ED.
