Before the incident
[REDACTED] was in the dirty laundry holding room getting ready throw a bag of dirty laundry into the container the string from the bag wrapped around her right arm. When she went to toss the bag in the dirty bin it then trapped her arm and pulled her arm downward she had to use her left hand to untangle the string from her right. When her arm pulled she heard a pop and she instantly felt an extreme amount of pain in her right shoulder and her neck.
