At approximately [REDACTED] a [REDACTED] pediatric patient was in the hallway following his speech therapy session. His mother and I were encouraging him to re-enter the treatment room to begin his occupational therapy OT session with me. The patient appeared mildly frustrated due to the shift in his routine. Without any observable warning signs he approached me and forcefully pushed me with both hands on my shoulders causing me to fall backward into the wall and subsequently to the floor where I landed on my R wrist and tailbone with force.
