Before the incident
I was a sitter for a patient on [REDACTED] while doung patient care and lifting and moving the patient up multiple times in bed I pulled a disc disbursement in my lower back. The next day I returned to work on 95 around [REDACTED] I started having increased pain in my lower back and was having a difficult time performing my work duties. I then was seen by my chiropractor that after noon around [REDACTED] and returned back to work and my pain got excruciating I then went to gwt checked out by the emergency department and was given some medicine and was told to follow up with my primary care doctor within 3 days.
