Before the incident
Taking a patient by wheel chair to vehicle. Patients wife pulled up with the car. Patient started to stand up to get into the front seat. His daughter was also outside helping with getting him into the car. I was standing in between the car and wheel chair. As the patient was about to turn to get into the seat of car. The car started moving forward. I reached up to the back of the patients shirt to sit him back down into wheelchair. As the car pulled away the car swiped my right elbow and the wheelchair caught my right foot.
