Securing hoses on a trailer to prepare for transport

The laborer asked another laborer for duct tape as he was securing hydraulic hoses for travel. The other Laborer grabbed a new roll of duct tape and tossed the roll to the injured worker from 10’ to 12’ away. The injured worker did not successfully catch the roll of tape resulting in the tape hitting his safety glasses frame which then hit his eye causing a laceration to his eyelid.
