Before the incident
TM was three hours into their shift and had just clocked out for their lunch break.
What happened
The team member was exiting the bathroom and did not observe that the floor outside the restroom was wet. While stepping out the team member slipped and fell backward striking the door frame with their right shoulder and landing on their right hip. During the fall the team member attempted to brace themselves and strained their right wrist.
