What happened
Team member was in the warehouse cooler performing an inventory count on cooler products before the warehouse team arrived for the day. The team member moved to the next pick bay to grab a box of onions to bring back to the correct bay. To reach the box of onions the team member stepped up and on a wooden pallet that had green peppers wrapped in plastic. After grabbing the box of onions they attempted to step backwards off the pallet and their foot became caught on the plastic wrap causing them to fall backwards on their left buttocks.
