TM was in process to TDR in the trailer to load it.
What happened
The team member was trying to bring the dock plate down on dock 7 and the trailer was parked too close to the dock not allowing the ramp to come down. They decided to use a load bar to wedge between the dock and dock plate to lower the dock plate. When the dock plate lowered the load bar shot forward and struck the team member in the right side of their head and right ear.
