TM just finished delivering the dough into the store
What happened
TM was delivering to store which a curb ramp is utilized to deliver over a curb and into the store with a pothole in the travel path. While delivering the first stack of frozen items into the back door the TM attempted to stay to the left side of the curb ramp because of the pothole but the dough roller wheel became wedged on the pothole. This caused the momentum of the stack to come to a sudden halt and the TM felt a sharp pain in their right knee.
