TM was in route to the store to begin the delivery.

TM was attempting to pull dough from the blue pallet to the dough rollers to bring into the store. While pulling a stack of [REDACTED] to the dough rollers the team members foot became out of position on the dough roller causing the stack to almost fall over. At this moment they twisted their body attempting to save the stack of dough from falling over which caused discomfort to the lower back area.
