What happened
While walking in the kitchen carrying bowls and a cutting board the food-service aide was unaware of a puddle of water on the floor. She stepped into the water slipped and fell striking her left hip. She reported feeling immediate pain to the left hip; however the pain subsided shortly thereafter. The aide declined any medical evaluation or treatment at this time.
