Providing patient care

While assisting a patient who was confused and agitated and had a bowel movement in bed the nurse and nursing assistant proceeded to clean and reposition the patient. During the process the patient was resistive and pushing back making it difficult to move her safely. Due to the patient’s weight they utilized a sliding sheet to help reposition her up in bed. After completing the repositioning [REDACTED] experienced pain in my chest and right shoulder.
