What happened
In MRB [REDACTED] was lifting a casting A-1453 cover and sprained his lower back.We are suppose to have a post-production member with a forklift to lift items at MRB to avoid lifting heavy castings. Apparently we are too busy. We have also discussed getting a crane out there for MRB on several occasions over the years.
