Grinding parts

[REDACTED] went to bay 2-3 to grab a stack of A-1032-R1 rings. Upon moving into the bay he honked to alert the grinders he was coming in to move them after moving in to pick the rings up he picked them up with his forks level and due to the gussets on the outside of that particular ring as soon a he put the forklift into reverse the stack of rings started to fall. At the time both [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] continued to work on the next stack. by doing so [REDACTED] wasnt able to here [REDACTED] trying to warn them that the rings were falling causing the top ring to strike [REDACTED] 's papr compressing his neck.
