What happened
[REDACTED] went home after work and took a shower when he got he felt like there was something in his eye. Upon showing up for work the [REDACTED] he escalated the issue to me and by visual inspection I noticed he could hardly keep his eye open on top it consistently watering from there I had him work with a pair of tented shades untill the clinic opened where they eventually found his cornea was burned. With this information I don 't really have a set time or date for the injury.
