EE was in the powder booth helping break down powder gaylord boxes As they were cutting the bottom seam of the box with an approved cutting tool the tool slipped on the cardboard and hit their lower right calf causing a laceration which required two stitches Through investigation it was found EE was cutting towards themselves as they were standing over the box
