Operator states that they were trying to replace a quick connect on a valve at the 420 Hydro Test They stated that the old quick connect was tightened down so much that they had to use excessive force in order to break it loose In the process of doing so they injured their lower back This claim was initially contested until an IME could be completed IME on [REDACTED] just came back on [REDACTED] stating injury could have occurred on premises Addendum has been ordered for IME by CorVel
