Before the incident
EE was guiding bulkhead with [REDACTED] from staging rack to the RO line.
What happened
Bulkhead became mis-aligned within the rack and lodged itself against the uprights. With EE hand on the trailing edge of the part EE worked to dislodge from the rack uprights and in doing so it released abruptly swaying towards an upright with EE hand between the two. This action allowed EE finger to be pinched while causing the finger to split open.
