The associate [REDACTED] was exiting the freezer to take his completed order to the loading dock as he exit the rollup door of aisle [REDACTED] at the same time Mr [REDACTED] was making his way back from the Battery room as he entered through the rollup door heading to the cooler zone when he saw Mr [REDACTED] turning out of the freezer but mr [REDACTED] Triple pallet [REDACTED] wouldnt stop when he pulledup the handle and he continue to roll into and collided with Mr [REDACTED] PIT equipment thus the impact created pain in Mr [REDACTED] Back and left arm
