when the associate arrived to location [REDACTED] there was an empty pallet in front of a full pallet of Gatorade the associate pulled the empty pallet out of the slot and placed it on the ground he then turned around to push it under the rack with his foot as he was doing so the pallet got to the end of the rolling rack and a few of the cases fell off the pallet and struck him in the back of the foot
