What happened
An employee was walking though the foyer towards a meeting. She tripped over her own feet and fell into a wall. She was experiencing some pain and stated she was unable to get up. An ambulance was called and she was transported to the local hospital. X-rays were taken and fortunately showed no breaks only mild bruising. She was released shortly after with prescription pain medication and a note from the physician to return to work after the weekend making this a lost time recordable
