What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] EE was running glass at the seamer. When EE spun the lite (27 x 33) to seam side two particles fell from the seamer housing onto the lite and EE felt irritation in their left eye. EE immediately went to the eye wash station flushed both eyes and reported the incident to their lead. Lead personnel then flushed the eyes with saline solution and EE returned to work. At [REDACTED] EE stated that the eye felt better and left for home. At approximately [REDACTED] EE contacted the Safety Coordinator and asked to see a doctor. Safety Coordinator transported EE to an eye care professional who diagnosed corneal abrasions
