Helping customer unload racks from truck
What happened
OBE driver was unloading at a customer location. The Customer was using a forklift to unload racks from the back of the delivery truck. The forks on the forklift need to be manually adjusted to access the fork pockets on a rack. The OBE driver proceed to attempt to move a fork into the appropriate position for the customer to access the rack. OBE Driver lifted the locking pin and began to push the fork with their right knee. At this time the OBE drivers right index finger got pinched. This resulted in a laceration to the tip of the right index finger.
