At [REDACTED] QC Tech was working and walking on Z line and saw a line of cups piling up at the [REDACTED]. QC tech went to help remove the cups from piling up and lost footing after stepping on a pile of cups on the floor and fell scraping the left side of her abdomen on the fastbreak.
