What happened
At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] an Inspector Packer sustained impact and laceration to right thumb after removing cups from M-Line Caser and shutting the lid of caser closed on right thumb. IP on M line was holding the caser cover to remove some sleeves and it slipped from her hand and fell on her right thumb first aid was provided (cleaning the area applying antibiotic and bandage) the work area was disinfected. The caser cover lift cylinder was replaced as it was broken at time of injury.
