Employee was the front seat passenger of the ambulance that was traveling East bound on [REDACTED] at the [REDACTED] exit when the ambulance was struck on the front passenger side by another vehicle. They were in traffic therefore she believes their speed was less than 45mph. Both vehicles sustained minimal damage. She immediately notified Dispatch over the radio. She then contacted the [REDACTED]. Once she was finished with the [REDACTED] she contacted [REDACTED] and notified him of the situation. However upon impact it jarred her causing pain to her right shoulder right side of her neck between her shoulders and initially pain in her right hip. Both her and her partner were utilizing safety belts. No airbags were deployed. Once finished with [REDACTED] Highway Patrol they returned to [REDACTED] 1 on [REDACTED] where she completed a urinalysis per EMSA protocol. She was then transported to [REDACTED] Hospital by [REDACTED] where my injuries were assessed. She was diagnosed with a Cerv
