Unk

When unloading the cot with an isolette (patient in isolette) on it the cot wheels would not go down completely. The button on the automatic cot got stuck and had to be pressed 3 more times for it to operate again while being held. During that time her partner thought the wheels were all the way on the ground and let go of some of the weight of the cot. This immediately caused pain to her lower back. She took Tylenol and ibuprofen with minimal relief to back pain. Once she realized that pain would not go away with stretching and OTC medications she was put out of service. She was then instructed to go to Med Stop in [REDACTED] to seek further care.
