What happened
EE had just finished a cage dispatch and was about to begin loading a cage. The EE open the cage doors and lifted the shelf in the middle of the cage. The EE then grabbed a tote and leaned down and forward to set the tote in the cage. The vibration of the tote hitting the bottom of the cage caused the shelf to fall forward. The shelf fell and struck the EE on the top of the head. EE declined medical attention and decided to continue work. EE c o headache on [REDACTED] during an On-floor.
