What happened
While picking the batches in the [REDACTED] area of the warehouse the container holding the parts gets heavy to push the carts are not designed to maneuver with the amount of weight It is not evenly distributed properly and all the weight is in the front wheels As a result of this issue my shoulder is getting sore and developing a burning sensation it hasnt gotten better When picking parts that have weight to them or reaching above my head there is a sharp burning pain
