An Engineering employee working on railcar 19 was attempting to remove the clevis pin from the emergency stop mechanism under the box when he felt the sudden rolling of the railcar Said railcar moved eastbound of the rail track approximately 18 As he was existing from the undercarriage he felt a scratch on the right side of his abdomen caused by a cotter pin on the brake cylinder lever and reported a strain to his right forearm
