What happened
[REDACTED] was performing exterior walk around on ship [REDACTED]. When he was close by the forward cargo. DGS employee who was inside the forward cargo threw a luggage hitting the stanchion tube. This caused the tube to dislodge and swing out of the cargo bin hitting [REDACTED] in the head along with the luggage. [REDACTED] reported seeing white and feeling dizzy while trying to catch himself before sitting down. Lost time & Rx
