On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] called out for his 0430-1330 shift due to an injury that was sustained at around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. The OSM then called the EE by phone and asked him to come to work to follow the process of reporting an injury and to seek advise from VAT line. The EE refused to come in to work that day. On [REDACTED] the EE reported for his shift at [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] he attempted to lift a bag with his left hand and felt a sharp pain resulting for him to drop the bag. At [REDACTED] he spoke to the OSM on duty to report the incident and would like to participate to call with a Virtual athletic trainer at [REDACTED].
