What happened
Employee was working the end position at our Ticket Counter next to British Airways. He turned to speak to the British Airways agent to inform them about a passenger who we were sending over for their flight. He turned around to step back to his position and the Delta agent next to him was pulling a bag to place on the bag belt. The employee tripped over the bag and did a hurdling motion over the bag and felt a pop in his right groin.
