After the class had ended the employee went to the shuttle to go back to the airport to catch her flight. While attempting to enter the shuttle bus the employee could not navigate the steps into the shuttle and fell. The driver attempted to help the employee but she was unable to get up the steps falling and bruising both of her legs.
