Before the incident

I was on my way out of [REDACTED] to grab the Gurnee from [REDACTED]. I hear the door close behind me and mid stride to [REDACTED] I hear a bang and the door on [REDACTED] swing open I look back and see patient eloped from the unit at that moment I ask the patient to stop when he came coming toward my way I said writer engaged with the patient with my Charge RN. Patient ended up tripping and landing on me code was initiated and staff came to help but ended up also landing on top of me. I could not get out from the bottom until one of the teammates was able to drag me out. During episode I ended up hurting my left jaw left arm and left ribs.
