What happened
We got called for a disruptive patient the patient was self-harming in her and making verbal threats. That if anybody came into her room she was going to start punching and spitting on people. The House supervisor gave the call for Public Safety to enter the room once we enter the room the patient started to get aggressive trying to punch spit and bite. That Is when we had to escort her to the restraint room and place her into restraints which is where injuries happened.
