Patient barricaded self in room and threatened to both harm self and others. Door was forcefully opened patient placed in physical hold and during this process patient became extremely violent (hitting kicking scratching and attempting to bite spit). Pt places into 5-point restraints. Injury occurred during that process (multiple team members injured).
