Before the incident
Attending bed alarm when patient got off the bed.
What happened
Bed alarm sound patient walked to the bathroom when I went to assist patient back to the she became unsteady and pulled on my left upper arm because she became unsteady. Patient was admitted with weakness in the right leg. I called for help and the PCA and charge nurse help me to assist patient back in bed. Patient has a high BMI 49 and after we assisted patient to her bed my arm was slightly red from her pulling my upper arm when she felt like she was falling. I felt discomfort in my shoulder and lower back. I notified house supervisor xxxx. and xxxx and I was advised to go to ED.
