While reaching to recieve coping material from another employee he felt discomfort in his lower back. He continued to work till the end of his shifL The [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) he woke up in pain and proceeded to report the accident to [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] stating he could barely walk and couldn 't make it to work. On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] notified the EDA Safety Representative Torcon SSM [REDACTED] and EDA Superintendent [REDACTED] about the accident.
