What happened
Employee backed into loading dock and after unloading crate employee was walking and with his body hit a pole leaning up against the wall. The pole fell on to the employee’s leg causing compound fracture of left leg. [REDACTED] was called and the employee was brought to the hospital were he went into emergency surgery to repair the double compound fracture in his lower left leg.
