rolling glass off from breakout table

An employee was performing a team lift off from the breakout table. It was a large piece and the employees intended to use the rollers on the end of the breakout table to lower the glass onto an A-frame and stand it up without having to lift the piece. When they rolled the glass onto the rollers the glass shifted the glass put the employee in an awkward position twisting his back. the employee felt a slight strain in his lower back on the left side. The employees did not realize that one of the rollers had been removed because it was damaged. the missing roller caused the glass to go off sideways which caused the employee to twist awkwardly. The employee reported the incident and finished the shift.
