Changing floor on Car Rack

While two employees were moving a stack of floor boards used to repair the car racks with a forklift they stop and look for wood pieces to be used to level the stack and remove it from the forklift. [REDACTED] was walking thru the car rack and when he reaches the opposite side of the stack he came down and stepped with his right foot on top of a small wood piece twisting his ankle. He could not walk and sat on the car rack while Employee [REDACTED] came with his MSU and took him to the paramedics office. His ankle was swelling and after the paramedics intervention they took him to the Hospital Industrial.
