Discharging Autos from Flat rack
What happened
When Employee was working on the discharge of the non-running autos and while he was assisting the forklift operator he instructed yard hustler Driver to hook the flat rack that was being discharge. After instructing driver he continued to assist the forklift operator while the yard hustler was moving in reverse and it was when employee suddenly turn to his right side and with his right foot invaded the traffic route of the yard hostler and the back wheel went on top of his right foot. When the driver saw the action of the employee he tried to avoid the situation but it was too late.
