Before the incident
The employee was working to download cargo containers from the aircraft. A string of empty dollies were being lined up in position for the off load.
What happened
The initial report I received indicates the crew was positioning a string of dollies next to the loader in a sequential movement one dolly at a time which is normal procedure. This requires a safety guide as the complete string of dollies is not visible by the tug driver. The safety guide was in position and gave the all clear signal to the tug driver to proceed forward. [REDACTED] then stepped forward into a space between one of the dollies and the loader where her leg became caught.
